Refunds and Returns

Only items purchased from Batteries Accessoires may be returned to Batteries Accessoires.com for a refund or exchange. Items purchased from department stores, specialty stores or other channels must be returned to the original point of purchase.

If you make a mistake when ordering online, Batteries Accessoires will be happy to exchange the item you originally purchased and refund your money. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. Shipping and other postage costs are at your own expense.

If you are not satisfied with the product in any way, you may choose to exchange or refund it. All items must be returned to a Batteries Accessoires store or warehouse in Malaysia. Customer Service will guide you through the process.

In Malaysia, Batteries Accessoires will cover any shipping costs incurred by consumers returning products.

Batteries Accessoires will provide you with a full refund or exchange if the item was damaged during delivery. If the item is damaged, defective or sent to the wrong address, we will refund the return postage and refund the original payment method.

In all cases, you must provide the original proof of purchase and return the product within 14 days of receipt in order for Batteries Accessoires to process a refund or exchange. Please contact our Customer Service team through the "Contact" page on the website.
